Educational reform must be evaluated constantly. If there are any techniques that are qnot working, or inequity in the system, it needs to be addressed to provide the highest quality education for all of our students.

Poverty is one of the biggest factors that determine whether or not a child will receive a quality education. This in turn affects the amount of money they will be able to make as an adult, thus keeping them impoverished. This vicious cycle of lack of quality education due to poverty and poverty due to lack of quality education is not a local issue.

Covid-19 has created a proven negative impact on our students, and politicization of the education system can lead to priorities other than the education and wellbeing of our students.
